Surprise your student with a taste of home! Choose from a variety of care packages, birthday cakes, and special treats to brighten their day and show you care. Our From Home with Love service ensures your thoughtful gesture is delivered fresh and on time.

Anchor Bag

Skip the store and save time with our convenient grocery pickup service. Select from a wide range of fresh produce, pantry staples, and dorm room essentials. Place your order online and pick up your groceries at a designated campus location.

This service is offered with specific meal plans.

Students that have the Hurst Unlimited Plan and the Green Plan can take advantage of our grocery program.  Choose from over 100 items to pack your reusable bag weekly. Choose from items such as toiletries, cleaning products, pantry staples, fresh fruit, beverages and more. Please order using the Transact Mobile Ordering App.

From club meetings to campus-wide events, Parkhurst Catering provides customized menus, professional service, and delicious, made from scratch food for gatherings of all sizes. Let us make your next event memorable.

Hello Hurst Meal Kits

Each Hello Hurst Meal Kit contains two servings of ingredients ready to be prepared by students at home! Order through the Transact Mobile Ordering app, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and our chefs will prepare customized Hello Hurst Meal Kit to be picked up that day at The Roost until closing time. Third-and fourth-year students may order one kit per week using the Hurst Unlimited Meal Plan or the Green Plan. Make your choices through the Transact Mobile Ordering app. All guests may purchase the kit using the GET app with payments of credit card, Dining Dollars, Flex Points and Bonus Bucks.

How it works:

  • Download the Transact Mobile Ordering app.
  • Select Mercyhurst University from the campus list.
  • Log in with your Mercyhurst Campus ID username and password.
  • Pick your favorite dining location and customize a meal to your liking.
  • Choose your payment option.
  • Pick up from the designated shelves in the location you ordered from and ENJOY!
